Can a Women Shelter Home can detained any Major women against her will ?
And can we file Search Petition Under Crpc S - 97 against the Women Shelter Home which is run by semi government grant .
AS the Authority of this shelter home has detained a lady against her will . and we came to know from the source that she is detained against her will. and would like to live with her Friend.
So can i file an application Before the Hon'ble Court U / S 97 of Crpc and can produce against court, or this is an govt running institution so we can not follow this procedure.....
