first tell what is the type of organisation is yours

1. any employee who is working under shops and establishment act should follow accordingly and if he violates then you can complain to the Assitant labour commissioner of your city

2. first recognise your company and if they are not following then complain to higher authoririties

Aparently you have been appointed as Trainee/Apprentice under Apprenticeship Act and this must have been stated in job adverstisement, appointment letter.

Share the details as asked by experts to further the discussion.
