Working wife maintenance

Hello Everyone,

Wife filed false 498A case and case went for mediation. Husband working salary apprx 50 thousand. Wife also working salary apprx 40 thousand. In the mediation, wife demands 45 lakhs as permanent alimony. The settlement did not happen.

There is no way that she can win the case as the FIR is false and there are no evidence.

All the property are in Husband's father name and husband has only property worth 10 lakhs.

Now, if husband demands divorce, will court consider Husband's father property also. She is working women but salary is less 10 thousand than husband so would court pass order to pay an alimony or maintenance. If so, what will be the maximum amount.

Thanks

generally court didn't grant any maintenance amount to those working ladies which earnings are quite handsome and can easily maintain themselves as she was enjoying before dispute with her husband , court didn't consider fathers property while calculating maintenance amount , if you both are ready for divorce then jointly make your mou and file it jointly in the family court of your district for mutual consent divorce .
