Dear All senior
One of our employee has met with an accidend while on working and result 100% disablement (loss of both hand below elbow) my company bear all medical expences and artificial hand expences. even company given to her lighter job on same salary. But now she is claimming workmen compensation due to 100% disablement on the basis of cirtificate issued by civil surgen.
Due to this situation I am in dilema, her demand of compensation even after providing job on same salary is justified.
