One of the investor is filing a writ petition against a broker, writ petition has around 20 people and I am one of them, I just wanted to know if there is any way it can be misused
They also created a NPO and I am a treasurer, same question here as well - I just wanted to know if there is any way it can be misused

A writ petition can be filed if any fundamental rights of the citizen is infringed. In this particular case you have not given sufficent out put to understand what type of writ petition has been filed against you and what relief sought for.
