Writ Petition procedure

What is the procedure to file a Writ petition in High Court??

Do I need to appoint a Lawyer for a must??? or will it be advisable to appoint a lawyer??

there is a writ petition format. put your matter on that format

at hc, you have to pray u/a 226 of the coi.

to appoint a Lawyer not must, but it is advisible.

if you want to appear in person then contact me through 'send pm'. i shall provide you necessary help.

if you keep an advocate, necessary job will be done by him.
