Written submission

Dear Experts,

Can anyone provide me format for submitting 'Written Argument' in a Divorce case u/s 13 HMA pending in Family Court. Does it differs from Final Argument and can be add important citations in it as 'annexures'?

Please guide.

Regards

That advocate should ensure he does argue orally too. Just filing written arguments is of no help.

There is no prescribed format.  Put facts, put issues, put evidence led documentarily and orally and conclusions with citations on principles of facts and law along with cited judgements.
