Day before yesterday I made a deal with a person who was having property in BPTP, Faridabad by giving bayana of Rs 50,000. I was told that the posession is offered and agreed on the basis that the Possession letter will be shown day after. Since, Our Budget was Rs 52,00,000. In the possession letter, Rs. 5 lac was extra mentioned due against the property to be paid under construction. Now, the cost is coming around 57 lac which is out of my budget including all my property and my loan amount. I am being forged because i have paid all Rs 50,000 and I want my money back. Please advise legal and guide me urgent.
