Hi Experts ,
I purchased land 3 years back with only sales deed and now i want to sell that land but the buyer is asking for 7/12 on my name and unfortunalty Lohegaon gram panchayat doesn't agree to give 7/12 on my name and hence how should i transfer 7/12 from builder to my name > and then my name to buyer's name ?
Can a buyer do sale deed from my sale deed and then do 7/12 later from builder name to his name ?
Can a builder sign as confirming party for 7/12 on sale deed of buyer ?
Do you have any other solution for this scenario ? Please advise....
