I request you to kindly provide your suggestion for the same.
A person who holds M.A and B.A Degrees under Open Universities based on his regular 11th Std and completed 3 years Diploma course ( not final passed – but second year passed ) Afterwards, he obtained IInd year Foundation course – equal to 10+2 or 11+2 and he is pursuing First year Degree course ( BBL ) under distance mode. Based on this he is willing to join 3 year LLB course or 5 year LLB course at KSLU.
Whether he is eligible to join 3 year LLB course or 5 year LLB course at KSLU ?
