my close friend dad 'X' made a unregistered aggrement with his brother 'Y' for his share for a piece .of property
..but X expired before making a registry with Y..and now Y is also not in good term with him
now what should he do to get that property?
some lawyers had adviced to get some notary stamp from post office...which gives permission to hold that land.
plz advice
