Appeal against the execution order

Hello,

Can a complainant file an Appeal before the Appellate Court to challenge the Execution Order passed by the Lower Court.

An order was passed in the lower court and since the Respondents had not complied with the Original Order, the Complainant had filed an Execution Application for non-compliance of the Order against the Respondents. The lower court had passed the Execution Order directing the Respondents to comply with the Original Order. The Complainant had not filed a seperate appeal to challenge the lower court order.

However, now the Complainant has filed an appeal to challenge the Exeuction Order. Is it admissible in the appeal court?

Time limit for filing appeal against decree or judgement is 90 days from the date of order passed by subordinate court. Pl verify the limitation and then an appeal may be preferred.
