I am looking forward to buy a landlord property in Colaba. can anyone share the list of documents I need to verify before purpasing the property from current landlord. To note the current landlord has a 1/3 rd shares. so i am buying his current 1000sq which is2bhk.
Also please share that such properties are eligible for loan.since its a 45 years old building.
