Dear Browsers,
I had sold my newly built house to a person who had bought it while the house was under construction. I registered the house on his name and he had paid me 85% of the total value as the work was yet to be completed. Now I have completed the entire work (1% work is pending). The buyer is not settling the balance amount and I have the house locked. We have made an MoU on Rs.200/- stamp paper.
Is there a way to revoke or dissolve the sale deed as Iam ready to take back the house and sell it to somebody else?
How to get the money from the buyer? Please help me on this.
