Admission to MBBS prescribes certain qualifications and qualifying entrance tests.  Suppression of qualification acquired in a proper manner laid down norms is not illegal.  You can apply for such admission and it is the college that has to check the credentials before admission.  Unless there are malafide motives and fraudulent misrepresentations for securing admission deliberately, the college can not proceed on students legally.
