my grandfather and brother son ll exchange land,
my grandfather give 36cent
2nd party give 17cent land to exchange and register land in 2001
that year both are take the land,
2nd party land is ceiling land give by tamilnadu goverment in 1982
after my grandfather dead we apply the patta and name transfer of patta
2nd party ll not allow to change name transfer.
2nd party ll give letter to DRO not allow to change name in patta,
that land is ceiling land so dont change name in patta.
2nd party say that document register in not vailed, this is ceiling land act to not sale land
this is correct??
