Confirming property in muslim property sale

I am planning to Buy a property from a Muslim Family. The history is as under:

1. Father owns around 2 grounds of property which he bought from his own funds.

2. He has a wife and 3 Daughters. All 3 of them are married with children living with their husbands.

3. Father settled a part of this property (vacant land), to his wife and 2 daughters and ignored 1 daughter.

4. Now wife and 2 daughters are selling me the property.

Questions are:

A. Whether any legal issue or challenge will be raised by the 3rd Daughter (who is ignored) or their family members in future?

B. Should we include the Father as Confirming Party or Witness in the sale deed?

C. Should we ask the 3rd Daughter to be witness for this sale deed?

Please give clarifications.
