Contract with foreign person

I prepared contract on stamp paper of Rs. 100. one foreign person and one indian are parties to the contract. I prepared contract on requisite value of stamp paper and sent to foreign person to get it signed. Foreign party will execute contract before notary and foreing party sent back contract and indian party execute before notary in india. Questions.

1) Is it valid contract ?

2) On receipt of contract in india, do we have to follow procedure to make it legal ? If yes, which king of procedure to be followed.

3) Is there any other way to execute contract with foreign person.

Hi Shailendra,

Do you have any sample or draft copy of a similar contract as in above, as per below scenario

Contract between Indian entrepreneur and Foreign company.

Business area: IT services.

The above link talks about the Indian Company which is incorporated under the Laws of______. So for entrepreneur, what should I mention as per the rules so that the contract stands valid?

Also are there any rules which I should keep in mind while going forward?
