Correction deed?

Hi,

my dad has purchased a flat for an agreement value 52 lac, while registering the typist in the registrar office has entered the consideration amount as 42 lac. She realised this but could not correct this due to a validation in computer system, however she entered the amount in the descripttion area after consulting with registrar. Registrar told me there is no need of executing   a correction deed as the 52lac is also mentioned in the index 2.will there be any issue with this if I don't execute a correction deed. now the amount of 42 lac is in the consideration value of both index 2 and sub registrar receipt and also an entry in the index 2 with 52 lac.

Thanks, sam
