Court copy older than 1990 year

I have applied for the loan to purchase of plot and provided all the documents to bank like 1. Sale deed, 2. Latest Tax paid receipt 3. Katha Certificate 4. Katha Extract … Also court decided the property division prior to my current owner in year 1980’s that court order Xerox copy I have it with court seal. My owner is owning this property from 25 years. When I applied the copy in civil court bangalore, they are saying since it is older than 1990 year the court copies are destroyed. Could any one kindly suggest me how to get the court order copy older that 1990 year from civil court.

v.sreenivas sivaram (senior civil judge CUM ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER)     21 July 2014

the judgement is a permanent record and cant be destroyed and any time you can get a certified copy and in case the original is destroyed due to fire or natural calamities you cant get a certified copy of the suit register
