Hi ,
I had given my commercial property to a person,we had decieded that he will purchase the saleble goods of that premises and also will give me the decided security deposit . and rent as per agreement.
so we had done an agreement for 24 months leave AND kicense was registered with the sub ragistar office and the above mentioned person started using the premises .
the person provided me the amount for deposit and
after 2 months ,suddenly
now he disagreeing to pay the amount of goods and rent for the commercial premises and he is also insisting for termination of agreement.
what can be done in this matter.
Please help?
