hi sir
we have bought a land in kesara mandal about 8 years back and now we wanted to start the construction,at this time we came to know that the guy who sold us the land by the help local sub registrar he has done a second registration to his wife. as per the law i know we are the legal owners of the property and whenever we go to the place our servants are getting beaten up with the local ppl of that town. to get rid of this solution we approached a lawyer and starting he told its easy we can fix it and charged us some huge money and when we ask him whats the progress about it he saying that sir in this issue even the local sub registrar is involved if we send notice to the sub registrar it will be a problem sir .
kindly please help how to fix this prob
