we purchased a property in 1987 through Registered GPA / registered WILL / Notarised Agreement to sell / notarised SPA / notarised AFFIDAVIT / notarised receipt in 1987 , where GPA / SPA was in my husbands name and WILL / Agreement to sell / AFFIDAVIT / receipt in my name. the amount paid to seller was through two drafts mentioned in agreement to sell and receipt. This is Unauthorised regularised colony in delhi.
In 2005 we paid stamp duty and got sale deed registered in my name when my husband executed sale deed in my favour and witnesses being both my sons.
Mutation was done in MCD and elecrticity , water , house tax , gas connection papers are in our name.
