Netbanking access denied for credit card

Though i have a working credit card, the bank has blocked the access to my records and transactions via online, i.e, net banking channels. How many times i try to access it also it says either your card is not registered or it already it exists but unable to process you request. Regarding this i had reported the bank also through email. But, no resposne and further to this i am unable to get any access to know what is the outstaniding and how the card is billed, for every month, etc. Is it possible for me to get acces through any legal intervention, ie., i wish to file a case as per RIGHT TO KNOW / INFORMATION and get to know why my transactions are blocked and why cant they release if at all it was by mistake. Please advise.

Who had advised you to prefer this channel?

Did you lodge any complaint in writing?

Did you get any complaint and reply in writng?

This is a password protected online channel given by companies on thier websites e.g. CC, banking, telecom ............................and the access is blocked arbitrarily in situations that are viewed unfavorable by the companies.

If you want you can demand all bills by Redg. post.

Did the CC compnay supply hard copies of the bills by redg. Post?

Exhaust the internal channels by writing to principle Nodal Officer, CEO first and then write to RBI and/or pull to BO, DCDRF

sometimes banks require you to register on their website and create an IPIN before moving ahead with Internet transactions. see if this is the case with you.
