Nominees rights

I want to know about the nominees rights. My father have property which is name on my brother and his wife name. My name is on that property but as other nomenee and it only on my sister in laws property which is my father property. my marriage was done before 1994. give the information about the other nomenees rights.

Nominee itself does not have any rights over the property.   The main intention to make nominee, that the nominee, will work as admininstrator.  Despite having nominee in the property, it is required to be approtioned as per succession Act, applicable to you.  How the father's property, came in the name of ur brother, if it was purchased by ur father in their name.  If this is condition, than you are also equally entitled to property.
