Non tracable certiifciate

For Commercial vehicle theft claim we have given all related documents like FIR,Rc copy,Insurance Copy,Rto intimation, untrace report from police station even the insurer asking final reqport u/s 173 C.R.P.C from the court, how to get it? pls help and thank you in advance.

It is the duty of police to file final report under section 173 Cr.P.C, on serving intimation to the complainant, before the concerned Court after the completion of their investigation on the FIR registered by them under section 154 Cr.P.C.

After filing of the said final report by the police, you can get certified copy of the same from the said Court.
