Pleading Guilty in Summons case

Dear All,
What is the procedure to be adopted to plead Guilty in Summons case in absence of accused.
Whether is it necessary to produce the accused before the trial magistrate for pleading guilty,  as the cases are concerning to Shops and Estt Act, Weight and measures, Factories Act, Minimum wages act, Contract Labour Act etc.

Dear sir, it is not necessary that the accused must appear before the magistrate for pleading guilty in summons case. HE CAN BE REPRESENTED BY HIS COUNSEL BY FILING SPECIAL VAKALAT AND A PETITION UNDER SEC 205 AND PAY THE FINE.

accused's  presence   is  not   mandatory.a   duly   authorised  advocate  can  do  it.
