Please help

Respected Sir/Mam,

I live in Delhi, Sir/ Mam My problem is that my father's name is MASOOD RASHEED but in my CBSE Xth and XIIth Certificates it got mistakenly written as MASOOD "RASHID" and this thing is now causing problem in my passport making, sir can you plz help me upon this that what will be the procedure to correct my father's name in both the certificates....??
