Sir,

Please clarify to the following

1..Can a Sale deed of the property be executed against cheques for
consideration amount?

2. In case of those cheques are dishonored in the bank, the sale deed
executed already be cancelled automatically; or not? and where in no
condition in the sale deed that the sale deed is subject to
realization of cheques.

Technically, the Sale-deed does not get cancelled, for dishonour of cheque of the sale-consideration amount.

For canceling / rescinding of the Sale-deed, apporpriate legal procedures have to be followed.

Sir,

If cheque issued by the buyer is dishonored, what is the legal procedure to be followed by the seller to get back the money or property already registered in the name o f the buyer.

U file a civil suit for that or possession will be given after clear the checque.
