Property sale

hello Everyone.

I am new to this forum.  I need your  valuable suggestions on this.

My Father had donated a land (Thana Pathiram ) to a  Trust  registered under Societies Registration Act 1960 three years ago.  Now we want to get the land back and both the parties ( We & Society Members)have agreed to  sale the property to us with some amount for the expenses they have made on the land.   The society has also passed a resolution   and nominated a member to sign all thier documentations on their behalf .But when we approached for registration,  the particular registrar is  refusing to  do the  regustration  asking legal permission  from the court for this sale.

Need your urgent feedback on this.

Trustees may enter into a sale agreement for the purpose of buying or selling property on behalf of a Trust only once they have been duly appointed by the Master of the High Court.

Probably the constitution of society and purpose of gift is such that Registering Authority has stated so......................

You could have asked the authority in person then and there.

Discus with local counsel and show all docs on record for a considered opinion......
