I wish to purchase a Flat in a registered housing society. The vendor is member of society and holding share certificate and the conveyance has been done in favour of society with land lord as vendor and builder as confirming party. However the vendor while purchasing this Flat from his vendor did sale Deed. Now to transfer the property legelly in my name which option should I choose? Sale Deed? Agreement to Sale? or Agreement for Assignment of Rights?
