Hi,
I have filed the patent online my own. I have completed the form 1 and 2 but Patent website is not allowing me to pay the fee for form 1. It says no record found.
Will it be enabled by the patent office after calculation of the fee or it sould be enabled immediately after completing the form 1 and 2 because I have provided the details of number of pages, Drwaings and number of claims except sequence listing pages and no of priorities which is zero.
Can you tell me if it is madatory to fill these details and what exactly is that and how to caluclate these things.
