Reg sale deed

Sir,

I purchased a property in Nagpur 4 years back. I have given the payment in full. The stamp duty and registration is also completed. Now as part of the property handover / possession, the builder is asking to me to complete a SALE DEED. While i understand that the sale deed is necessary, but the question i have is am i to pay more money for the sale deed ececution? anmd if yes how is the value arrived at.

An early response in this connection would be helpful.

Thanks in anticipation.

Regards/-

The execution of sale deed is mandatory for all immovable property otherwise  you can't claim the title over the property, Already you have given the stamp duty and registraiton fee to the builder, so don't worry,  the builder has to execute the sale deed before the appropriate register office.Iit is duty of the builder and further If you made agreement with builder  that you have to pay the further money to him if the state may increase the guide line value at the time registration of the said property
