We have done Agreement of Sale with stamp duty after buying the flat in the name of two persons for the aforesaid flat, now we want to make change by adding one more name (which is for loan purpose only). Is there any way to make change in agreement of sale which already registered and stamp duty also paid??? What the process to amend and does it need to pay stamp duty again for this process???
