Registration of a plot

During the course when the sale-deed is executed, both the seller and buyer have to remain present at the Office of Sub-Registrar of Assurances. That in your case the seller is being represented through Power of Attorney. That, the POA being vested with the powers his finger prints and yours as well will be taken and photographs of both of you will be there on the sale-deed along with the photographs of the attesting witnesses. This is a mandatory procedure now.
