Rejoinder

in ncdrc case , it is asked to submit rejoinder and evidence , if any .

for admission stage ,are these papers have any worth.

what is vital point only that is considered for case admission.

No,rejoinder and evidence are submitted after submission of reply of complaint,until and unless reply of complaint is not submitted, NCDRC can't pass the order to file rejoinder.at the stage of admission of complaint you have to point out the deficiency in service of opposite party or their unfair trade practice.
