Relinquishment deed

hi,

my father died 5 years ago and he had 3 legal heirs including me. through a registered memorandum of family settlement we divided the property and i got the second floor of the said property. now i wanted to take a loan against the property but bank is not treating it as a title document and is asking for relinquishment deed. my brothers are refusing to sign the relinquishment deed. i am in possession of the property ( living in it). what legal options do i have in this case.

You have not mentioned where the property is located, you should go for mutution based on the will and get the title in your favour of the party inherited by you.
