Rent agreement with your landlord should be executed with at least Rs.20/- stamp paper for the purpose of residential  proof, s enough. Notary and affidavit are also as support documents for RTO. You may go to the local Court and consult the Notary.

Thanks for your inputs. I will surely go and consult notary in Pune.

I had a chat with some agent who does all this notary work and he told me that in pune now a days Rent agreement has to be on 500 INR's stamp paper to do notary.

Follow the local process. The stamp duty in Maharashtra is high.  Please go to the civil court, pune during a week day where a number of notaries would be available. Stamp Paper also would be available and the notary would have the standard format. Visit the court with the owner and get the agreement executed at one stretch for a consolidated fees.
