Dear Experts I want to know that if mr. A and Mrs. B are husbamd and wife.they purchase a flat in chs mumbai.A died inestate. Society did not transfered flat in name of Mrs. B. the couple have 2 sons.Mrs.B want to sell the flat.both sons are adult and they also suport dicision of mother my Questions are.
1.if purchaser want a loan from bank then bank will saction loan or will ask to produce legal heir certificate.
2.is there a time limit to obtain succesion / legal heir certificate.
3.is maximum limit of court fees is applicable for total value of properties held by mr. A or it is applicable on each properties.if Mr. A have Multiple property.
