In Karnataka, planning to buy a agriculture land. The seller has all the documents but , in the document it says, the property cant be sell for a period of 15 years. Now 12 years completed.
The seller wants to sell due to some financial trouble and single. Can we purchase?
1. Can we pay half/full amount and have an agrreemnt for next 3 years so that the 15 years period will be completed and register therafter
2. Can the seller get the approval from DC stating finacial issues and other reasons to sale within 15 years
3. If we have the agreement and for some reason the owner passed away before the 15 years, wil still the agreement valid..Can registration can be done to the purchaser based on the agreement.
