I want to sell my flat to a Doctor, so that he can open his clinic.
It is a residential apartment located on the ground floor of a building, facing the main road. I want to know if it is legal to sell a residential property(ownership) to an Indivisual who will be using it for commercial purposes.
Can any legal problem arise from this?
Does the buyer have to get a commercial liscence on that property?
