I have been leasing my premises to SBI bank for past 25 years in a village. The last lease got over on 31-Dec-2010, as per the last agreement I have to make new agreement with the bank for next 5 years for 2 terms. I don't want to lease the premises to bank now but as per the law they have processed their requirement and I cannot do anything and have to do the lease agreement. Now I'm ready for the agreement of 5 years from 1-Jan-2011 till 31-Dec-2015 with some terms and condition. The bank manager does not reply to letter, even if he replies they are wage. The AGM and GM too are very slow and they say we can do only when we receive any thing from the bank manager. It has been more than 90 days that the manager has not responded to my query/ letter. I have also complaint this to grievance section in SBI Mumbai but no action yet been seen, it has been 40 days. How can I proceed, what should I do?
