Hi Team ,
I am planning to buy a plot of land and came across a situation where in the GPA holder signature is different in the GPA document given to him by the land lord to him and in the sale deed he executed to third party . Can i go ahead with buying that from third party . plz advice as am in a confused state .

Have you personally met the owner of the plot? Is the PoA registered?
It is not allowed to conduct transfer of immovable property on the basis of an irrevocable PoA if it is not stamped and registered.
Please verify the facts as suggested before you enter into such agreements.
