Dear Sir / madam,
I had purchased one slum in January 2004 in Mumbai. In 2005 the slums were selected for redevelopment under SRA Act. In July 2005, slums were demolished and work for building construction was started. As per SRA Annexure list (NOC) slum was in the name of the seller of the slum.
In May 2009, building was completed by Builder and flats were handed over to the tenants. I also got the possession of the flat in name of original NOC holder ( SRA Annx2 ) not in my name after some setting with SRA Officers by Society.
After that i took the possession of the flat on behalf of original tenant. I transferred BEST Electricity Bill and Ration Card on my name for the Corresponding purpose on the same flat (with consent letter from Society). That is the only proof in my name.
How can I get the SRA flat in my name ?
What to do if there is any survey by any SRA officer?
I have the following Documents only
1.) Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Affidavits ets legal Agreement paper of Slum purchase between me and seller dated January 2004.
2) Electricity Bill and Ration Card of same SRA Flat in my name since 2010.
Please guide me if i am to face for any sudden survey of SRA.
Please guide me at earliest.
