Substitute of mutation parcha

Dear sir,

my friend is having ancestral property.it is in the name of grandmother- no more.parents also no more.brothers

and sisters wants to sell it to a builder who wants block land reform office mutation parcha which is not possible now.is there any other way to deal with the builder instead of that abovesaid parcha? I mean any substitute of

the said mutation parcha which can be accepted by the builder.pl.suggest.Regards.

The ancestral property can only be transfered according to rules and laws present in Hindu Successtion Law 1956 and its amendment in 2005. Find the legal heirs of the grand mother and find the persentages that your friend will get and demand legally Hakka on it.
