Terminology in sale agreement

This is with regard to the name to be used in an "Agreement to Sell" and the "Sale Deed".

My late brother's wife has a daughter 6 years of age and is remarried since one year.

We are proposing to sell property inherited from our late father, in which they get a share.

If for ex. she was Geeta Sharma, daughter is Anu Sharma, and after remarriage she is now Geeta Mishra:

what is the correct procedure for usage in the agreement?

should it be Minor child Anu Sharma, guardian Geeta Mishra, erstwhile Geeta Sharma?

Or can she still use the surname of her first husband, now that she is remarried?

Kindly advise legally correct procedure and terminology.

To avoid confusion write both names.
