Time limit to use attested affidavit

Dear Sir/Madam,

To get my father's Last Will probated, I was able to get both the attesting witnesses sign and

give affidavits that the Will was signed by testator and both witneses together sitting next to

each other.

These affidavits by witnesses were signed 9 months ago. I have not been able to file probate

petition due to time constraint but might file in next 3 months.

My question is : Are these affidavits signed by witnesses 9 months ago are still valid to submit

to probate court....OR..I will have to get fresh affidavits again.

Thanks in advance for your time and effort in answering my question.

The affidavit attests a fact; as such it is valid, unless proved otherwise.
