To know detailed registration process, khata transfer proces

Sir,

      I would like to know the detailed registration process of a resale flat in Bangalore; including details like:

             1) What all are the documents needed (do we need originals, in that case what if the original is with bank in bank loan ?)

             2) Do we need to pay in advance the stamp duty and registration charges days before the registration?

             3) What would be the charges normally for registration: registration fees, stamp duty, amount for khata transfer etc? (Area being Malleshpallya near CV Raman Nagar)

             4) What all documents would be needed for changing the names with BESCOM, BWSSB etc, and what would be the process?

             5) What is the detailed process of registering and as well Khata trasnsfer?
