Transfer of agricultural land in delhi is governed by DLR Act 1954.
I have heard that sale deed is not executed/title of land is not mutated for any sale of less than 1 bigha, but couldn't find this provision anywhere in the DLR Act 1954 regarding this.
can anyone help me understand more on how agricultural land is transfered/mutated in delhi?
Is it possible to transfer title of agricultural land sold in pieces of less than 1 bigha?
