Trust allooted property

Sir,

I am purchase a trust alloted property. what obligation of my property  and I can sale of property to any  other person . Please clearify on the matter.

If it is private trust,  go through the trust deed, the trust deed must contain the power of the trustees to sell the property. If there is no such power,the trustees cannot sell. So first of all see whether the properties can be sold and for what purpose, on which event, by whom etc.

If it is a public trust then, the trustees should get approval from charity commissioner.

If every thing is ok then, execute a sale deed then, you will be able to sell it to anyone.
